Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We offer standard and express shipping across Australia. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
International Shipping We ship to selected international destinations. International delivery times vary by country and are typically 10–21 business days. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery.
